Phil Stuepfert is a Principal and Vice President of Business Development for HR Green’s Land Development Business Unit.
With over 30 years of land planning, Phil has extensive national experience in land use planning, encompassing master-planned communities, golf course developments, mixed-use projects, and a comprehensive range of property types, including commercial, office, industrial, and business parks.
Phil’s ability to collaborate effectively with national builders and developers has led to successful projects ranging from 5 to 7,000 acres across the U.S. and internationally. Known for environmentally sensitive design, he integrates Green Design, Conservation Design, and Sustainable Development principles to create livable communities with open space, trails, and walkable streets.
He is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), serving on its Design Committee and contributing to Land Planning Workshops and Development Committees. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, he has also authored articles featured in Builder Magazine and Land Development Today.
