Mark Mueller is a Lead Associate Engineer in Land Development for ISS, An HR Green Company in Sarasota, Florida.
Mark has worked on various infrastructure projects throughout Sarasota County for the past 35 years. Mark’s responsibilities include project management, technical design expertise, funding assistance, management, and overall project coordination. In addition, he has a successful track record of coordinating project permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
He has strong agency relationships on the local and district levels and served as Chairman of FDOT’s District One Utility Liaison Committee.
