Keval Satra is a Project Manager with HR Green’s Water Business Line.
Keval has delivered high-impact engineering services in key leadership roles, including Project Manager, Engineer of Record, and Project Engineer. He brings advanced expertise in the execution of complex, multi-million-dollar capital infrastructure projects, including planning, design, funding applications, and construction-phase services.
His experience includes work on wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, drinking water treatment systems, groundwater well projects, chemical feed systems, and water storage tanks.
Keval is an active member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT), where he serves in leadership roles and supports ongoing professional development within the industry through technical peer reviews, presentations, and the authorship of manuals and fact sheets.
