Jesus Olivas, PE, ENV SP, is a Senior Project Manager in Transportation Design at HR Green.
Jesus specializes in transportation and stormwater management with extensive experience in roadway design for Fort Bend County, Harris County, and local municipalities. He has also managed projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Jesus is familiar with local, county, state, and federal design standards and requirements. As Project Manager, he has led the roadway design for projects ranging in size from local streets to major tollway and interstate highways. He has proven abilities managing multi-discipline teams and facilitating partnerships among project teams, project owners, outside agencies, contractors, and the public. Jesus has become a trusted advisor to clients through his ability to meet their expectations and to develop cost-saving solutions to issues that arise during design and construction.
