Faisal Saleem is a Senior Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Advisor.
Faisal brings more than 25 years of experience advancing intelligent transportation systems, connected and automated mobility, and transportation systems management and operations (TSMO) across local, regional, and national programs. He has led pioneering initiatives in Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) applications, cooperative driving automation, regional traffic management, integrated corridor management,, emerging technology research, and workforce development. He has earned national recognition for his leadership in building technology-enabled transportation networks and fostering cross-agency collaboration to advance transportation innovation.
Faisal’s expertise supports HR Green clients in planning and implementing future-ready transportation solutions that create safer, smarter, and more connected communities. His work includes guiding innovative transportation technology deployments, shaping collaborative partnerships, and contributing to forward-thinking strategies that enhance safety, mobility, and system performance.
Faisal holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh, India, and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He is a long-standing member of Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). His leadership and innovation have been recognized by multiple national and state organizations, including the National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE), Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America, Arizona chapter.
