Eli Sanchez is the Southwest Design Lead for HR Green’s Broadband business unit.
Eli is the Southwest Design Lead for the Texas Broadband design group and manages various broadband projects, including Fiber to the Home/Business (FTTH), Greenfield Deployment, Middle-Mile Network, Right of Way (ROW) and Department of Transportation (DOT) Permitting, Field Data Collection, Pole Attachment Make Ready and Submissions, and Asset Relocation projects. On these projects, Eli manages the budget and schedule, plans resources, collaborates closely with clients, and leverages extensive experience in engineering and construction of fiber‑optic networks to deliver accurate, cost‑effective engineering plans.
Eli holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science (GIS) and leverages this educational foundation alongside extensive experience in the telecommunications industry to use GIS as a primary platform for design and analysis, delivering accurate insights and high‑quality mapping products for clients.
