Devyn Brown is a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Florida Municipal Services team.
Devyn Brown brings more than 22 years of experience in the design and construction of public infrastructure projects, with deep expertise in stormwater, water and wastewater, and utilities engineering. At HR Green, she supports the design, permitting, and construction management of a wide range of municipal projects, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and technical requirements.
Devyn’s background includes project management roles as well as experience with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), giving her a strong understanding of utility design, permitting, and environmental compliance across Florida. She leads day-to-day coordination with client staff, manages technical teams, and is focused on delivering timely, effective engineering solutions for stormwater, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects.
Her technical capabilities include stormwater engineering, water and wastewater systems, utility design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, permitting and regulatory compliance, construction management, civil and site design, grant funding strategy, and coordination with FDEP, SWFWMD, FEMA, and other regional agencies.
Devyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida.
