Brian Stahl is the Florida Regional Director for ISS, An HR Green Company.
Brian is a professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in managing engineering planning, funding assistance, design, permitting, and construction services for wastewater treatment projects. His work spans municipal utilities, industrial clients, and federal government installations, and involves continuous direct contact with primary clients as well as regular interaction with regulatory agencies. His experience includes working on several biosolids designs as part of wastewater treatment plant designs. Brian has supported more than 30 wastewater treatment capacity expansion and process optimization system projects, including attaining grant funding on 23 WWTFs ranging from 1.0 to 22.5 MGD capacity.
