Bill Huffman is a Construction Manager in the Water and Wastewater practice for ISS, An HR Green Company.
Bill has more than 45 years of experience in designing and constructing civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on developing horizontal infrastructure such as roads, utilities, pipelines, landfills, and earthwork. He has extensive experience in earthwork and geotechnical, water resources, piped utility installations and rehabilitations, and program and project management.
