Adolfo Gutierrez, PE, is a Project Manager for HR Green’s Municipal Services.
Adolfo Gutierrez brings more than 13 years of experience working with municipalities across Southern California. He has held key roles in project management, construction management, land development, civil design, and municipal engineering, supporting a wide range of public infrastructure initiatives.
Adolfo has led the review and preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for capital improvement projects, with experience spanning major outfall sewer rehabilitation and construction to complex multi-modal bridge projects. In his roles supporting municipal agencies, he has managed land development reviews, including conditions of approval, public right-of-way improvements, grading plans, water quality management plans, and hydrology studies.
His technical capabilities include civil plan review, land development coordination, construction and project management, municipal engineering, right-of-way permitting, grading and hydrology analysis, water quality management, capital improvement delivery, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies across California and Arizona.
Adolfo holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural focus and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Arizona.
