Jurupa Valley was an unincorporated area in Riverside County, California, until voters approved a ballot measure to incorporate the area and become a city. HR Green helped transition services from the county to the city and then operated the city’s departments once the transition was completed.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) was chosen to receive a 2014 Project of the Year Award for the Kraemer Boulevard grade separation by the American Public Works Association (APWA) southern California chapter. The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) was chosen to receive a 2014 Project of the Year Award for the Kraemer Boulevard grade separation by the American Public Works Association (APWA) southern California chapter. This project is part of a $630-million Orange County Bridges program. OCTA is building seven undercrossings or overcrossings to separate car traffic from rail traffic. HR Green, Inc. provided, plan check and project oversight related to five of these projects for the City of Placentia, CA
