Richard L. White, PE, is HR Green’s Chief Growth Officer. He is responsible for achieving the overall growth goals for the company, including the development of significant growth strategies and M&A.

Rick’s experience includes corporate and operational positions responsible for project staffing, development of services, improvement of project delivery models, and most importantly, client satisfaction.  He is also certified in the integration of mergers and acquisitions (CM&AI).

Rick has served as a Project Manager or technical resource on some of HR Green’s most challenging projects, including infrastructure design for cities, counties, state Departments of Transportation.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and is active in many professional and civic organizations.
