The Woodmen Heights Commercial Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, required a comprehensive planning and engineering approach to transform 23 acres of undeveloped land into a mixed-use development. The project involved designing eight pad lots for future commercial and retail spaces. Lot 7 was specifically designated for townhome development—The Townes at Woodmen Heights.
