The Sarah project is a 16.1-acre multi-family site consisting of 270 apartment units in 21 buildings, a clubhouse with a pool, a maintenance building, and various detached garage buildings.
Our team designed the water, wastewater, storm sewer infrastructure, and two (2) batch detention ponds along with overall site grading and paving. The Sarah is located over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone so a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) was required to be permitted through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This project also required a separate Public Improvements Construction Plan submittal for a deceleration lane for access off Ronald Reagan and a 10’ wide pedestrian trail along the entire ~1,500’ Ronald Reagan frontage.
