The Enclave at Maya Vista is a 29-acre, 128 lot residential community that includes an amenity center lot in the City of Leander. A floodplain analysis was performed on North Brushy Creek to determine there was no detention requirement for this site due to the timing of the drainage watersheds.

The Enclave at Maya Vista is located over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone so a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) was required to be permitted through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Water quality requirements were met via a batch detention pond that outfalls to North Brushy Creek.
