In response to the requirements of AWIA, the City of Pasadena, Texas retained HR Green to assist with conducting a risk and resilience assessment (RRA) and preparation of an emergency response plan (ERP). The City’s water system includes thirteen (13) water treatment plants, one (1) booster station, one (1) connection point with another water system, and four (4) elevated water storage tanks. HR Green completed the Risk and Resilience Assessment in March 2020. In September of 2020, the Emergency Response Plan was completed.
