HR Green’s multidisciplinary design team has been providing survey, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services to O’Reilly Auto Parts for stores located across the states of Illinois and Michigan.
Our land development team provides the client assistance with the entitlement process on an as-needed basis. From client representation at public meetings, illustrative site plan graphics, project management, and coordination services to obtain permits and municipal approvals, traffic studies, opinions of cost, and construction document preparation. O’Reilly has internally developed design guidelines and HR Green applies the parameters to the plans.
Construction documents typically include O’Reilly Auto Parts site, demolition, drainage, grading, utility, tree preservation, irrigation, and landscaping plans. The design staff provides storm drainage research and analysis, and stormwater storage solutions are often provided to meet municipal requirements. HR Green has expertise in designing both open-air and underground detention facilities. Our in-house design team works in concert with external consultants including architects, signage, and lighting designers to oversee that all of the site components work together seamlessly.
