Elk Grove Village Consulting Engineering, Building Plan Review, and Inspection

Challenge: Elk Grove Village needed a partner to operate as consulting engineers, building plan reviewers, and inspectors, and have also acted as Owners Representative on the 2025 CIP Program.

Solution: Our staff has assisted through the entitlement process, as well as the review of preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, hydrology and hydraulics, utility conflict avoidance, grading, drainage, and street improvement plans, and coordination with MWRD and Cook County Transportation and IDOT.

We have also trained Fire Department staff in fire life safety code intent and interpretation. We handle daily plan review and inspection of new construction, property improvements, and additions.
