
HR Green is pleased to announce that Edward Boik, AICP, has joined the firm’s Tempe office as a Senior Project Manager for Municipal Services – Community and Federal Planning.
Edward is a dynamic urban planning and land use professional with over 20 years of experience leading high-impact projects and shaping public policy. He has a proven record in strategic land use planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
In this role, Edward will lead planning efforts that support cities, towns, counties, defense communities, and their installations across Arizona and the nation. He brings a deep understanding of land use policy, development regulations, and strategic planning to help clients solve real-world challenges. Edward will work closely with public agencies to deliver actionable plans, strengthen local capacity, and serve as a trusted partner in achieving long-term community goals.

Edward earned a B.S. in Geography and Urban-Economic Systems from Northern Illinois University. He is AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certified.
