HR Green Welcomes Will Morrow as a Utility Practice Lead

HR Green is pleased to announce that Will Morrow, PE, has joined the firm’s Houston office as a Utility Practice Lead for the Transportation Business Unit.

Will is a seasoned professional with more than a decade of experience in utility coordination and subsurface utility engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects. He has led efforts in managing project scopes, budgets, and design reviews, while coordinating utility relocations and broadband permitting for both public and private sector clients. His background includes overseeing complex toll-road expansions, maintaining GIS databases for utility conflicts, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.

In this role, Will will serve as the company’s utility lead on public and private projects across the state of Texas. He will work closely with clients, utility owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to resolve utility conflicts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Will earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
