HR Green is pleased to announce that Pavani Silaparasetty has joined the firm’s Melbourne office as a Regional Director for the Florida Water and Wastewater practice.
Pavani is an accomplished water infrastructure leader with more than 17 years of experience in planning, permitting, design, project management, and construction management across Virginia, Texas, and Florida. She has led projects involving wastewater treatment and collection systems; water treatment facilities; distribution and stormwater pump stations; and reclaimed water infrastructure. Her technical experience includes water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and lift stations of various capacities, complemented by her ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams.
In this role, Pavani will lead HR Green’s water and wastewater efforts in Florida, driving operational excellence, profitability, and continued growth in municipal water infrastructure services. She will partner closely with municipal clients and project teams to expand our water offerings and maintain high‑quality project delivery that supports the needs of our clients and communities.

Pavani earned an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University at College Station and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the states of Texas and Florida. She is the Chair of Southeast Chapter of Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA), member of Water Environment Association of Texas, and Water Environment Federation (WEF).
