HR Green is pleased to announce that Monika Kazmierski has joined the firm as a Management Analyst for Governmental Services in the McHenry, Illinois office.

Monika brings over five years of experience in data and management analysis, with more than four years of local government experience. She has provided innovative approaches to track and improve department functions, develop and manage programs related to policies and procedures, and assist with daily operations and maintenance of assets. In addition, she has extensive experience with Cartegraph and Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence.

In this role, Monika will be developing comprehensive Asset Management services for agencies looking to maximize the value of their investment in infrastructure and facilities. Additionally, Monika will provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and permit software implementation support for agencies seeking to improve their development services operations and expand their contactless counter services.

Monika earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a concentration in Environmental Biology from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Earth and Environmental Resources Management from the University of South Carolina. She is Cartegraph Admin Certified and is a member of the American Public Works Association.
