HR Green is pleased to announce that Keith Farquhar has joined the firm’s St. Paul office as a Senior Project Manager for Transportation.
Keith has over 25 years of civil and bridge engineering experience spanning project management, technical leadership, design, and program delivery. He has led complex bridge and transportation projects through both traditional and alternative delivery methods, with extensive involvement in budgeting, scheduling, contract development, quality management, and client coordination. His background includes leading multidisciplinary staff, mentoring team members, and guiding procurement and delivery for high-profile infrastructure improvements, including interstate, interchange, and historic bridge projects.

In this role, Keith will leverage his extensive experience to expand HR Green’s services in Minnesota and other markets. He will play a key role in leading transportation projects, drawing on his project management skills, technical expertise, and deep understanding of client needs. Keith will also provide structural design and analysis services to facilitate HR Green’s bridge deliverables meeting industry standards and client expectations. Through his industry knowledge, he will support HR Green’s growth and advance the engineering profession in Minnesota.

Keith earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 15 states and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Keith currently serves as a Director for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Minnesota, which represents the business interests of consulting engineering firms throughout the state. He also serves as Scholarship Chair and Director for the Minnesota Surveyors and Engineers Society (MSES), a nonprofit organization that supports professionals in the transportation industry. In addition, Keith actively participates with the Engineering Education Foundation of America (EEFA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting careers in the engineering profession.
