HR Green is pleased to announce Jon Watson, PE, has joined the firm’s St. Paul office as a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater.

Jon has over 40 years of experience in Public Works, including operation, maintenance, and engineering of municipal utilities, streets, fleets, buildings, and parks. He served as the Public Utilities Superintendent at the City of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, for 22 years.

In this role, Jon will use his extensive background in municipal engineering and public works administration to help clients solve problems on a variety of civil engineering-related issues.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and Utility Operator in the state of Minnesota.
