HR Green welcomes Anton Dzhyhil as a Project Manager for Fiber + Broadband based in the Austin, Texas office.

Anton has more than eight years of experience in the telecom industry, specializing in fiber design, drafting and mapping techniques, aerial and underground permitting, pole loading analysis, GIS analysis, and construction management.

In this role, Anton will grow the firm’s technical staff to help planning, study, and design projects meet the firm’s quality standards within the Southwest Texas region. He will work directly with clients to assess financial costs and feasibility while driving approved projects through the design and build phases. Anton’s technical responsibilities with HR Green include OSP design, pole loading analysis, telecommunications records, and quality control.
