Adolfo Gutierrez, PE, has joined HR Green’s Corona office as a Project Manager for Municipal Services.
Adolfo has over a decade of experience in public infrastructure and land development. His background includes managing land development operations for various cities. He has led efforts in standardizing engineering procedures, overseeing development impact fee assessments, and coordinating across multiple city departments and regulatory agencies. Adolfo has also managed large-scale bridge construction projects. His expertise spans project management, permit processing, municipal code interpretation, and interagency coordination.
Adolfo will serve as the Project Manager for the Municipal Services Civil Plan Check group. Leveraging his extensive experience in municipal engineering, he will oversee plan check services for existing clients, ensure the delivery of high-quality reviews, and spearhead efforts to acquire new business opportunities through strategic outreach and client engagement.

Adolfo earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
