On Monday, October 15th, 2018, HR Green project team members attended the City of Urbandale, Iowa and Iowa DOT Grand Opening Event for the 100th Street Interchange. The event celebrated opening the Interchange to traffic and commencing construction of the first phase of the overall I-35/I-80 and IA Highway 141 Interchange “Urban Loop” (formerly known as Rider Corner) project. The estimated $44 million Urban Loop project is expected to be completed in 2021.
