Rick White, PE, CM&AI named HR Green’s Chief Growth Officer

HR Green is pleased to announce that Rick White, PE, has been named Chief Growth Officer. In this position, Rick will be responsible for achieving the overall growth goals for the company, including the development of significant growth strategies and spearheading its efforts in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) space.

Rick has 32 years of experience, with 27 of those years spent at HR Green. He most recently served as the company’s Governmental Services Business Line President, leading from its inception in 2011 to a $29 million revenue business line. Throughout his career, he has served in corporate and operations positions responsible for project staffing, development of services, improvement of project delivery models, and client satisfaction. He is certified in the integration of mergers and acquisitions (CM&AI).

Rick has served as project manager or technical resource on some of HR Green’s most challenging projects, including infrastructure design for cities, counties, and state Departments of Transportation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, is active in many professional and civic organizations, and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Alabama, California, Minnesota, Texas, Oregon, Michigan, Florida, California, and Colorado.
