HR Green Announces Dave Maxwell as Highways Practice Leader

It is with great pleasure that we are announcing the promotion of Dave Maxwell to Highways Practice Leader.

Dave has been with HR Green for 15 years. He was one of the original members of the St. Louis Office that opened in 2004.  For the last 5 years, Dave has been the Operations Director for Transportation; working to balance the staffing, budgetary, and technical needs of the Business Line.

Dave has always shown initiative, integrity, and dedication to following best practices and staying true to our processes and values. He continues to live our company vision by inspiring co-workers and working with the team to deliver projects that exceed our clients’ expectations.  His ability to keep track of multiple, diverse action items and keeping others apprised of status is a highly appreciated quality by his peers. We expect this same level of dedication and commitment to be applied in his new position as the Highways Practice Leader.

As a Practice Leader, Dave will be directly involved in Highways’ approach to the market and pursuit strategy in each region.  His primary focus is to strengthen the regional marketing approach and improve project delivery processes.
