Recruitment Fraud

Please be aware of potential recruitment fraud that mimics companies like HR Green. Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated crime that involves offering fake job opportunities. This type of fraud is usually carried out through online services such as fake websites, text messages, emails, and online instant messaging services claiming to be from HR Green. These messages often ask victims to provide personal information and, ultimately, sensitive financial details.

Take steps to protect yourself:

Verify Job Postings: Check the HR Green career site at https://www.hrgreen.com/open-positions/ to confirm the legitimacy of a job listing. If a position is not listed here, it is not an official HR Green opportunity.

Direct Contact: If you have questions or concerns about the authenticity of a position, email Recruiting@hrgreen.com for verification.

Email Authenticity: All legitimate recruitment communications from HR Green will come from an official @hrgreen.com email address. Be cautious of emails from non-company domains (e.g., Gmail) or messages without proper signatures.

Interview Process: HR Green does not extend job offers without direct conversations with a member of our recruiting team. Our structured interview process typically includes phone interviews, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings. All official emails will include the direct contact information and title of the HR Green representative.

No Upfront Payments or Personal Information Requests: HR Green will never ask for payments, bank account details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information before a formal job offer is extended.

Report Suspicious Activity:
