- Internship Program:
We provide a robust internship program throughout our business lines and multiple office locations. Our interns are challenged and provided the opportunity to learn and grow as they experience a professional work environment. The consistent feedback we receive from our interns is that they never expected to get the chance to do this level of work during their internship. In addition to day-to-day mentorship, there is exposure to myriad projects that allow an intern to see all aspects of the engineering environment. Our ultimate goal is to have these interns become HR Green employees that can continue our bright legacy into the future.
- Entry Level Opportunities:
To wow our clients, we know we need the best new graduates in the country. We offer entry-level opportunities throughout our footprint each year to ensure the next generation is ready to make the next 100 years as successful as our first.
- Young Professional Groups:
Charting a path inside a new organization can be challenging. HR Green has more than 75 employees who participate in Young Professional (YP) Groups in each office. Exceptional peer group support combines with direct access to company leaders to create a way for young professionals to not only understand their career path but to share and grow with their contemporaries.
- Scholarships & Campus Relationships:
We partner with multiple schools to offer scholarship opportunities to support the Civil Engineering programs and students. We currently partner with schools such as University of Iowa, Iowa State University, South Dakota State University, and University of Illinois – Champaign. We also work and partner with multiple other universities as we focus on the future to give students and new grads the chance to learn and join a great organization.
