Bruce Hill, PE, is a Municipal Services Executive for the Governmental Services Business Line.
Bruce’s municipal experience includes service as a Village/City Engineer in numerous communities while designing and managing countless municipal infrastructure projects.
Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is active in the Illinois Councils of Governments (COGs) and the Illinois Municipal League (IML).
