Sam Cotter is a Group Manager (MEP/Structural) for HR Green’s Water Business Line. His experience includes project management, project design, collaboration between project disciplines, project coordination with stakeholders, and construction administration between owners and contractors. He has experience with municipal water distribution and sewer collection projects as well as the rehabilitation of treatment plants.
In addition to municipal water projects, Sam has been involved with stormwater modeling, stormwater compliance documentation, industrial wastewater process evaluation, environmental site assessment, and industrial air permitting and compliance.
Sam is an active member of South Dakota Water/Wastewater Association, SD Water Environment Association, and serves as secretary/treasurer of the South Dakota section of the American Water Works Association.
