Sage Creek is a 40-acre, 30 lot (1+ acre lots) residential community located in Georgetown’s ETJ. The site is located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone so a Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) was required to be permitted through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Due to the total impervious cover being under 20%, permanent water quality controls were not required at Sage Creek.
