HR Green is pleased to announce that Bill Lueck, PE has joined the firm’s St. Paul office as a Regional Manager for the Minnesota Water and Wastewater Practice.

Bill has over 29 years of water and wastewater engineering experience, specializing in hydraulic conveyance projects for large sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems. His experience has focused on piping and pumping systems for stormwater and sanitary sewer projects for cities and regional agencies. Bill is also experienced in leading the activities of a multidiscipline design team to execute projects.
In this role, Bill will lead the Minnesota Water/Wastewater team to support our clients with dedication to the Minnesota marketplace. Bill will leverage HR Green’s regional history collaboratively with his nearly 30 years of technical water/wastewater experience to develop strategies and solutions that bring the most value to the communities where we live and work. Bill and his team will strive to meet expectations for clients while identifying opportunities and needs that align with HR Green’s core vision. He will be a valuable technical resource across our company at all geographic locations.

Bill earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Minnesota. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota. Bill is a member of the WEF Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA).
