Did you think you’d end up in a job like you’re in now?
Not in my wildest dreams, but everything happens for a reason, I believe. I am enjoying my current position, getting to learn each and every day is definitely a positive.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
No, and yes. Growing up, I saw myself being an architect, since skyscrapers always fascinated me. However, I quickly realized I wasn’t good at drawing and artwork, so I decided to pick something more suitable for the talents that I could offer.
How does your job help clients?
One of our jobs in helping our clients is keeping a good communication dialogue between our clients and different work entities. It is vital in ensuring a project is run as smoothly as possible with not so many hiccups. Having a good relationship and communication with our clients helps us secure their vision for that particular project is met and exceeded.
What gets you excited about coming to work every day?
To piggyback off the first question and my answer, I can learn something new each day, which I enjoy every day. Working on different projects and seeing problems arise and coming up with solutions makes each day more exciting.

How has HR Green changed since you began working here?
The growth of HR Green has been gratifying to watch, not to mention the new endeavors and projects that have come up are pleasant to see while working here.

Building Communities. Improving Lives. is always important due to how fast technologically things are growing each year. Keeping vital infrastructures up-to-date helps keep communities running smoothly and uninterrupted day in and day out.
What qualities do you think a future HR Green engineer should have?
Treat every project you are working on as if it was your own. If you are having work done on your home, you would want the best quality work. Have that same mindset when doing work for a client and a project.
If you were a fortune reader, what would you predict as the future of your industry?
I see significant growth in the future of this industry. With how fast technology is moving and how badly this nation’s infrastructure needs updating, the sky is the limit for potential projects.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to follow in your footsteps?
Take every opportunity that pops up as a positive and put your best foot forward, because you never know where that opportunity will lead you to.

Playing soccer has always been a passion, although now that I’m older, I need to reevaluate if my knees have that same passion.
