Gary has established and managed teams of planning, design, management, construction, and commissioning professionals for public and private projects including residential, commercial, educational facilities, correctional facilities, transportation projects, aviation projects, underground utilities, and infrastructure. He has managed CIP programs up to $600 million and projects up to $3.4 billion, including $900+ million in road and utility projects, and served in various roles, such as Program and Construction Manager and Senior Project Controls Manager to LA Metro, cities, transportation agencies, school districts, ports, and airports.
