She specialized in providing planning, design, construction, and financial planning for regional wholesale water and wastewater treatment services for 34 municipalities, two municipal utility districts, and the DFW International Airport, with a total population of 1.4 million people.
HR Green’s South Central Region includes the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
