Palos Verdes Estates Staff Augmentation

As the City of Palos Verdes Estates evolves, the demand for more sophisticated technology and new regulations requiring different resources is increasing. The City retained HR Green to provide on-site staffing for public works, city engineering, CIP program/project management, transportation planning, building safety, plan check, inspection, permit counter support, and code interpretation services. HR Green assists the City with the implementation of their $4 million CIP program as well as the management of building safety operations, transportation programs, traffic improvements, and infrastructure assets. HR Green’s on-site engineering and building safety staff also work side-by-side with Palos Verdes Estates staff on a daily basis to implement and manage integrated permitting and project tracking solutions.
