Master Contract Comprehensive Services – MCES
For nearly 20 years, HR Green and MCES have worked collaboratively through previous and current master contracts to implement a number of important interceptor, lift station and wastewater treatment plant improvement projects across the seven county service area. Projects have covered the complete project life-span beginning with planning, through design, construction, and all the way to start-up and operations.
Most recently, HR Green managed the design and is involved in the construction of the new L27 lift station in Hopkins, MN that has 4 vertical centrifugal pumps with a capacity of 6.3 MGD. Construction staging was a critical part of the design to maintain operation of the existing L27 while constructing new force mains, gravity sewers, and connecting to an existing creek crossing east of the site.
Overall, HR Green has performed planning, design, or construction observation for 30% of MCES pipelines – this includes planning of 730,000 LF (138 miles) and design of 201,000 LF (38 miles). HR Green has also provided services for 9 lift stations, 4 meter stations, and 8 wastewater treatment plants.
