The City of La Quinta needed assistance with remote as-needed civil, structural, architectural, and MEP plan reviews.
To speed up the process and make it as seamless as possible for all involved parties, HR Green processes all plans and submittals electronically and comments are exchanged through a permit processing system.
HR Green’s assistance includes the delivery of smaller and high-profile projects, such as the SilverRock land development project, Lennar’s Griffin Ranch, PGA West Signature, and Andalusia Country Club as well as a retirement facility, multifamily project, and Tower Market.
“HR Green has been providing plan check services for the City of La Quinta for several years and done a great job of providing on time and thorough reviews and coordination with City Staff. I would highly recommend HG Green for any City’s plan checking needs.”

Victorville needed civil plan and map check services for land development projects, including parcel and final tract maps, and plans for street improvements and mass, rough and precise grading, storm drain and erosion control, streetlights, signing and striping, water and sewer, and recycled water.
HR Green was able to provide all those services and is also responsible for hydrology and WQMP reports as well as traffic control and signal plans.
- Plans have included grading of raw land and land development plan check, including a 174-lot subdivision on 44 acres of raw land, and a 79-lot in-fill subdivision started over 10 years ago.
- Other projects include the review of a hotel site and an auto dealership site which required the demolition of existing facilities.
Jurupa Valley needed a comprehensive system to handle new residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
HR Green staff created their development review and approval process, customized checklists/forms and tested/implemented, and continue to utilize Accela as the City’s automated permitting system. It features a seamless CityView 360˚ interface.
As part of this, HR Green leverages electronic plan check, digital commenting, and mobile apps for web-based field inspections in real-time.
“I have had the pleasure of working with 20 HR Green employees in my department. HR Green staff members perform plan check, building inspections, permit issuance, management / supervision and code enforcement duties. They are highly qualified in terms of education, certification and experience, which results in a high level of customer service and productivity.”
