HR Green is pleased to announce that Will Bender, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Manager for our Fiber and Broadband team and is based in the Denver office.

Will has over 10 years of experience in engineering design, project and program management, telecommunication utility design, stormwater and wastewater management, and public and private ROW permitting.

In this role, he will manage the firm’s technical staff to help Planning, Study, and Design projects to meet the firm’s quality standards within the West region and work directly with clients to assess financial costs. Will is a tremendous technical asset to our Design team. He brings extensive experience in planning for large-scale fiber to the home builds, building and managing teams, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia.
