HR Green is pleased to announce that Bob Manaois has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager and Client Service Manager for the Land Development group.  He will be responsible for developing HR Green’s land development business in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Bob brings over 24 years of experience in managing resources, negotiating contracts, plan preparation, design analysis of public and private civil engineering projects, and serving as project manager for numerous private land development projects.

I am excited to become a part of the HR Green team to help grow the Dallas market and build business throughout the State of Texas. My personal beliefs align with the company’s core values, and the commitment to building communities and improving lives is a foundation that HR Green employees aspire to every day.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
