HR Green Welcomes Hamid Darbandi-Fard as a Senior Engineer

HR Green is pleased to announce that Hamid Darbandi-Fard, PE, CFM, has joined the firm’s Colleyville office as a Senior Engineer for Municipal Services.

Hamid has over 44 years of experience in civil infrastructure, including paving, drainage, water, wastewater, traffic, floodplain management, private development zoning, platting, planning, design, and construction supervision.

Hamid will serve as a facilitator and review engineer across various disciplines, including civil engineering plans, TIA, plats, zoning compliance, land rights compliance, predevelopment, and other civil engineering assignments required by the City of Denton.

Hamid earned an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Lamar University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Professional Civil Engineer, Certified Floodplain Manager, and Bridge Inspector.
