HR Green, Inc. (HR Green) announced that Dave Reitz has been appointed as the President of the Land Development Business Line. Aurora, Illinois representatives officially opened the bridges carrying Indian Trail Road across the Fox River. HR Green provided design engineering to widen the two existing bridges carrying Indian Trail Road over the east and west branches of the Fox River. Scope consists of deck replacement with in-kind substructure widening.
EPA Section 319 funded Carpenter Creek Stream Restoration and Flood Reduction Design/Build Project broke ground on Monday Oct. 12, 2015. A Design/Build team of HR Green, Inc. and Applied Ecological Services, Inc. was chosen by Carpentersville, IL for this unique multi-use federally funded Project.
Louisa County has selected HR Green, Inc. to prepare bridge and roadway design plans and analyze the probable environmental impacts associated with the replacement of the County Highway X99 Bridge over the Iowa River at Wapello in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The first phase of the project includes evaluating alternatives and developing preliminary engineering plans to the level necessary to complete the NEPA documentation.

HR Green has been selected to complete design, construction administration, and resident engineering services for the city’s next phase of the flood mitigation system.
Liberty, Texas has picked HR Green to undertake a wastewater collection system evaluation resulting in a preliminary engineering report (PER). The collection system in Liberty was inundated this past Spring (2015) due to frequent intense rainfall and subsequent flooding of the Trinity River.
Frankfort, Illinois Picks HR Green for Upgrading and Expansion of Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant
HR Green has been chosen by the Village of Frankfort, Illinois to develop design documents for the upgrading and expansion of their 4.35 MGD regional wastewater treatment plant.
HR Green, Inc. has once again been included in the Engineering News Record’s (ENR) annual lists of top design and construction firms in the nation. HR Green climbed 25 spots in the annual ENR list of the Top 500 Design Firms in the United States coming in at 254. In addition, the Cedar Rapids based firm climbed two spots from its 2014 Construction firm ranking coming in at 92 for 2015.
