HR Green’s Land Development business line has been chosen to provide entitlement and design services for a new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Blaine, MN. The project involves the redevelopment of a parking lot, and construction of a 4,700 square foot free standing quick service restaurant with drive thru facility at the Northtown Mall.
On Saturday, October 11 volunteers from HR Green, Inter-fluve and AES planted several trees and bushes at the Trout Brook Nature Sanctuary in St. Paul, MN. Trout Brook is very near and dear to our hearts because it is a project that HR Green has been working on for the past two years and is now reaching the final stages.

HR Green has had great success providing Building Department and Code Enforcement Services in both California and Missouri and is now expanding these services to partner with Illinois communities seeking cost savings and high levels of service. The firm has appointed key individuals and will soon be adding more staff with experience in Building, Electrical and Plumbing inspections as well as experienced code enforcement officers.
HR Green designed the Trout Brook Nature Sanctuary and Regional Trail in St Paul. The preserve was developed in a 41-acre brownfield. During Major League Baseball’s All-Star game, played in Minnesota, a video was played highlighting this project
The New Lenox Village Board recently awarded a $500,000 phase one preliminary design contract to HR Green to study the grade separation options at Gougar Rd. and the Canadian National Railroad.
