HR Green Announces Francisco Colon as a Project Manager for Fiber and Broadband

HR Green is pleased to announce that Francisco Colon, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Manager for Fiber and Broadband in the South Austin, Texas office.

Francisco brings over 11 years of telecommunications and structural engineering experience, leading quality control measures to determine stability through systematic techniques and developing solutions for cost-effective strategies to resolve complex design challenges.

In this role, Francisco will manage the firm’s technical staff to help planning, study, and design projects meet the firm’s quality standards within the Southwest Texas region. He will work directly with clients to assess financial costs and feasibility while driving approved projects through the design and build phases.

Francisco Colon earned his BS in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, PR.
