HR Green Announces Carlos Yado as a Group Leader for Building and Code

HR Green is pleased to announce that Carlos Yado, CBO has joined the firm as a Group Leader for Building and Code in the Corona, California office.

Carlos brings over 15 years of experience planning, directing, and managing Building and Code Enforcement Division operations for several southern California municipalities.

In this role, Carlos will lead building and code services in HR Green’s western region. His initial focus is to continue to expand HR Green’s full range of building-related services to local governments throughout southern California. HR Green continues to build its team to meet the increased demand from agencies for these support services.

Carlos Yado earned his BA in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently completing his MBA. He is President of the Board of Directors for the ICC Code Enforcement Chapter of Orange and the ICC Orange Empire Chapter.
