HR Green Announces Scott Wilson as Director of Operations
HR Green is pleased to announce that Scott Wilson has joined the firm as Director of Operations.
Scott brings over twenty-eight years of diverse experience in the global engineering and construction industry, providing excellence in operational performance, quality standards, client satisfaction, and employee development. He has worked with cross-functional teams for system implementations, standardized operating procedures, enhanced safety protocols, and long-term strategy development initiatives. Scott has a strong financial background with both general operations management and business development experience.
In this role, Scott will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and influencing operational efficiencies across the company, bringing greater value to HR Green’s clients. Scott is located in the Houston, Texas office.
I am truly thrilled to join HR Green as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This is an incredibly exciting time in both the A/E/C industry and for HR Green as a service provider to city, county, and state government agencies as well as many high-profile private sector clients. Scott earned his MBA from Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and his BBA in Accounting from Idaho State University. Throughout his career, he’s been an active member of workgroups and councils within industry organizations such as the Construction Industry Institute (CII), Rice Global E&C Forum, and the International Bridge Turnpike and Tunnel Association (IBTTA).
