The Windsor Manor Assisted Living Facitily in Webster City is the fourth assisted living facility developed by Green Companies, Inc, parent company to Howard R. Green Company. Howard R. Green Company provided planning, architectural and engineering services for all four Windsor Manor Assisted Living Communities. The Webster City facility, which opened in Spring 2008, offers 36 apartment style units, featuring quality architecture and interior design. One bedroom and two bedroom options are available. Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette area. Three meals per day, laundry, housekeeping, basic cable television, an emergency response system, 24-hour security, scheduled activities, and personal care services are included. The facility has also been configured with apartment options to accommodate individuals who have Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory disorders. Future expansions will include additional apartment units, a dedicated dementia suite of studio apartments and garages for residents with vehicles.

Like the other Windsor Manor facilities in Iowa, the new community will also feature common areas such as an activity center, sun rooms, separate lounge areas for group socializing, reading and TV viewing, a dining hall, and outdoor spaces such as porches, a patio and courtyards with walking trails.
